Beginning on the Thursday before race day, all eyes are on downtown Flint as a year's worth of preparation comes to fruition . The bricks of Saginaw are once again transformed to a playground for runners, walkers, spectators and fun seekers. The Crim Health and Fitness Expo features three days of food, music, fashion and shopping! Not to mention runner packet pick-up and health clinics. Over 60 vendors to visit, door prizes, and more. It's fun for everyone of every age.

They will be showing the latest designs in running gear and offering information on fitness, training, equipment and nutrition. Bargains on anything to do with running, along with product samples from food to foot powder, make the Health and Fitness Expo a "must see" event. There's also a special Youth Program on Saturday. Never mind that race participants are required to attend the expo to pick up their materials.
