This is the Fairgrounds main expo hall and has recently been renovated. Plan on spending some time going through our great Expo. Local and nationally known vendors will be on-hand selling products, giving out goodies, and offering special services. Be sure to visit the booths of the Sponsors, who help make this weekend possible, and the Frederick Running Festival Merchandise booth featuring exclusive apparel and souvenirs.

Holiday Food and Fitness Expo

Come and learn what you can do for your mental and physical health! The expo features free health screenings, medical and nutritional consultations, healthy food tasting, cooking contests/demonstrations, “dance your way to fitness” sessions, and “Ask the Expert” where the community can interact with health care providers and fitness experts. Join NCM in the Kids Corner where children can make a crown to help them remember how to plan well-balanced meals
