For ages 6 months
and up.
Children under age
18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Both FluMist® and
injectable vaccine (shots) will be offered.
For the past 5 years,
the Prince George’s County Holiday Food and Fitness
Expo has provided a wonderful opportunity for families
to enjoy learning how to stay healthy. At this unique
Expo, you will have fun participating in various
energetic activities designed for the whole family. We
give you exclusive access to health care professionals
that will give you valuable tips on living a healthy
lifestyle.
Come and learn what
you can do for your mental and physical health! The
expo features free health screenings, medical and
nutritional consultations, healthy food tasting,
cooking contests/demonstrations, “dance your way to
fitness” sessions, and “Ask the Expert” where the
community can interact with health care providers and
fitness experts. Join NCM in the Kids Corner where
children can make a crown to help them remember how to
plan well-balanced meals.
