Pala Mesa Resort to host Health & Wellness Expo

FALLBROOK — Pala Mesa Resort will host its inaugural Health & Wellness Expo, benefitting the Fallbrook Land Conservancy, on Thursday, October 29, from 3 to 8 p.m.

In conjunction with L.A. Fitness, Healthy Times Newspaper and The Walking Company, the expo will include more than 50 vendors from Fallbrook, San Diego and Temecula.

Attendees will also enjoy informative how-to classes, mini lectures, workshops, raw/healthy food demonstrations, organic and natural beauty exhibitions and physical health demonstrations, all with the goal of promoting the message of living a healthier life.

Entrance to the Health & Wellness Expo is free. Raffle tickets will be $2 each and prizes include complimentary products and services from various vendors, including spa kits, acupuncture, gym memberships, massages, yoga/Pilates classes and gift certificates.
