Our goal in creating the Fit Omaha Expo is to bring together the leaders

Fit O!maha Expo will be January 9 and 10 in Mancuso Hall of the Civic
Auditorium. Admission is $5 for adults and children under 12 are FREE! “Fit At
ANY Age Games” will be presented by the YMCA, personal trainers, nutritionists,
lifestyle and fitness coaches, children’s fitness experts, equipment experts
and, yes, even experts in animal nutrition and fitness. Every member of the

The event will take place at Norfolk's SCOPE arena beginning at 11:00 a.m. and
feature a mix of free and discounted health screenings, as well as live health
and fitness demonstrations, and informative seminars designed to address a
variety of health issues. One Expo highlight will be the American Red Cross
blood drive inspired by the CW 27 program The Vampire Diaries. The drive,
appropriately named Starve a Vampire—Give Blood will allow attendees and
exhibitors the opportunity to donate blood throughout the course of the day-long
event. Admission to the Expo is free.

The 1st Annual Health, Fitness and MMA Expo, organized
by United Combat Sports, festivities will start at 8
am. This will include an assortment of exhibitors
centralized around health, fitness and MMA along with
special guest appearances. Throughout the day, there
will be gi/no gi submission grappling tournament with
prizes. We are also holding a Tae Kwon Do tournament.
Tournaments will come to a close at 5 pm. Doors will
reopen at 6:30 pm for the night of live cage fights.
Fights scheduled to start at 7:30 pm.
