Oh Canadians love this one! Eat Right is the second dimensions of health and wellness. The Well Within Health Expo has vendors featuring: local food, organic food, supplements, how to cook, what to cook on - even how you chew!

Think Well

Health and Wellness is like a three legged stool. If you don't have balance in all three dimension the stool is not usable. The Well Within Health Expo will feature a diverse set of avenues to get rid of your "stinkin' thinkin': breathing techniques, social media, culture, spiritual guidance, financial planning, success coaching and much, much more!
