getaway at the beach. It's the Ultimate Women's Fitness & Wellness Event. Filled
with inspiring speakers on the topics of womens' health, fitness, nutrition and
beauty, the event combines FOUR HOURS OF KICK BUTT WORKOUTS with the latest
update on women's health and fitness. It's a full day (or a getaway) at the
beach where you can relax your mind, recharge your body and learn how to be
healthy, fit, strong -- your very best and sexiest you!

The event begins at 8:30 am on February 25. You
will choose from an array of butt kicking fitness workshops including yoga,
beach boot camp, pilates, zumba and women's self defense. The day includes
healthy gourmet lunch, product giveaways and don't forget to stop by the
exhibits to learn more about the latest trends in fitness, beauty, nutrition and
much more. The speakers will share the latest news in fitness, health and beauty
and the event wraps up at 5 pm with a memorable event photo on the beach.
You can join the event for just the day at $60 or
turn it into a full blown girlfriend getaway by booking one of the getaway
