About the Expo:
The Southern California
Health & Fitness Expo (formerly The OC Heath & Wellness
Expo) is an innovative and educational series of
fitness classes and mind/body providers and seminars
for the entire family.
The Expo will include morning and afternoon sessions
of classes and lectures, as well as vendor booths with
information on fitness, healthy eating, medical
modalities, alternative health practices and much
more! The overall focus is to educate and inspire
families to live a healthier lifestyle together.
The Southern California Health & Fitness Expo is an all-day event
being held on Saturday, April 15, 2012 at the Irvine
Marriott in Irvine, California.
The main room will be used to introduce several high
impact aerobic and strength exercise formats available
in Southern California. Classes will run all day and will
include formats such as Boogie Box Fitness, Hot Hula, Zumba, Crossfit and Cabaret Chair just to name a few.
There will also be a second room that will host a
variety of stretch and low impact classes such as
pilates, yoga and Ballet Barre.
Kids Club – Parents will be able to drop off their
children 4 & up for all day fun under the supervision
of our certified staff. There will be tons of
activities for children such as games and arts &
crafts with the focus being on exercise and healthy
eating. Face painters, karaoke music video section and
most importantly our fitness center! There will also
be ongoing classes such as BBX Kids, Karate and much
more!
When not participating in one of the exercise classes,
visitors will be able to visit our vendor booths or
attend one of several lectures throughout the day. You
will be able to obtain information and samples on
personal training, chiropractic care, registered
dieticians, active wear, various nutritional and
vitamin supplements, acupuncture, massage, organic
living, healthy fast food options, holistic living,
physical therapy and much more!
Doors and classes open promptly at 9am and end at 5pm
Many exciting levels of
sponsorship are available. Vendor booth options are
available to fit any budget.
The Southern California Health & Fitness Expo is
