The Spice of Life Food & Fitness Fest has all the ingredients needed for a healthy, happy and rewarding lifestyle, from wholesome cooking demonstrations and innovative entertaining ideas to expert advice on green living. Fitness and well-being will also play an important role, with nutrition seminars, sports lessons and cycling/running clinics.

Designed to be both educational and entertaining, the Spice of Life Food & Fitness Fest features dedicated stages focusing on such topics as cooking, entertaining, fitness and recycling. VIP guest speakers, hands-on workshops, and hundreds of vendors make this an engaging, interactive experience.

Who Should Attend?

The Spice of Life Food & Fitness Fest is a unique two-day interactive event for men, women, and children of all ages! Although the festival will have exhibitors selling their products and/or services, it will offer a wide variety of in-depth programming and an exciting line-up of interactive features. Examples include chef demonstrations on the Cooking Stage and at a Cooking School presented by the Culinary Institute of the Carolinas, hands on Entertaining Workshops with Pottery Barn, Williams-Sonoma, floral design, wine tastings, olive oil tastings from the Slow Foods Movement and more.

There will be a Green Living Area with presentations from the Greenville Organic Food Organization, Trees Greenville, Edible Upcountry, and others. In the Fitness Zone there will be on going demonstrations with Pilates and bicycle experts, and many other interactive and fun exercise options for kids and adults. In the Wellness Zone, health coaches will present the program, “Nutrition Detectives”, as well as other talks on sugar and energy. This is just a small sample of the programming that is already planned for the Spice of Life Food & Fitness Fest.
