Christina Rondeau was the original creator of the Fitness Kickboxing craze 20 years ago. Christina brings reality self defense to her exciting classes and is passionate about empowering women and helping them stay safe and reach their fitness goals. Christina has published and developred books, dvds, a clothing line, on line workouts and much more.
