The Quad Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce its first annual
Wellness Fair on March 10, 2012 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Chain of Lakes
YMCA.

Wellness is an increasingly popular facet of health care that focuses on preventing illness and prolonging life.

What better way to kick off the New Year than celebrating a healthier
lifestyle?

The Quad Area has a number of wonderful local businesses that offer services to promote health and wellness.
