The Expo it has its serious side, too, offering relevant information, plus free and low-cost health screenings from Renown Health, including those for body fat, glucose, blood pressure, heel scan for bone density, breast exams, skin cancer screenings (2 locations per person), and vascular screening (pre-registration for this one).

Nevada Women's Expo Producer, Destinations West, LLC is a small, west-coast (Nevada), female-managed Destination Management company specializing in the organization and logistics of meetings and events in the Northern Nevada/Lake Tahoe area. Destinations West, LLC aka Female Expressions, was formed in 1999 by two partners, Jim and Kristy Hawke, long-time business partners in Northern Nevada.
