The Maine State Health & Fitness Expo consists of multiple fitness & athletic events, as well as a health & fitness trade show. Their mission is to expose people of all ages and abilities to multiple forms of exercise & to promote health, fitness & wellness.

2012 Maine State Health & Fitness Expo will also feature the 2012 OCB Pine Tree State Bodybuilding, Figure & Bikini Championships.
