gluten-free vendors selling and sampling gluten-free
products and over 1500 attendees.
This fair helps to
find improved diagnosis and treatments for Celiacs and
educates the medical community on Long Island and
possibly find a cure. |

in the US have Celiac Disease and 97% have not been
properly diagnosed. That means that over 300,000 Long
Islanders suffer from Celiac and more than 290,000 of them
have not yet been diagnosed.
