FitnessFest Conference and Expo is the largest fitness and wellness conference in the Southwest, attracting novice and veteran group exercise instructors, personal trainers, aquatic instructors and mind/body practitioners.

FitnessFest was created in 1997 to give instructors and trainers a chance to get their continuing education credits in one place at one time. Since its inception, their original 66 participants have grown to 400 participants in the Phoenix area plus 200 or more participants at our Tucson, Arizona conference. Also, what was once a very locally-attended conference now boasts approximately 25% out-of-state participants. They attribute this to our friendly atmosphere and “everyone fits in” approach, the organization and structure of their event, the amazing variety of workshops to choose from, and their top-notch (yet down-to-earth) presenters.

The FitnessFest Expo is part of the bi-annual fitness and wellness conference. Participants will include fitness and wellness instructors, personal trainers, mind/body specialists, coordinators, club owners and directors from all over the country.

They will also have several international industry leaders and speakers in attendance, as well as general public traffic at the event venue. For each FitnessFest Expo, sponsorship and vendor spaces are limited (by type of product/service) because they do not support a large amount of competition. We want every sponsor/vendor that we invite to our Expo to do well. Generally, they only select two or three businesses that are offering similar merchandise.
