District 13 Health Fair

The Fairdale area is invited to the District 13 Health Fair and mammography screening on Feb. 10, Metro Councilwoman Vicki Aubrey Welch, D-13th, has announced.

The event will be at the Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Church, 903 Fairdale Road from 8:30 a.m.to 3:30 p.m.

University of Louisville Hospital and the James Graham Brown Cancer Center will conduct mammograms for women age 40 and older. There is no cost to program eligible women without insurance. Insurance will be filed for women with coverage.

This District 13 Health Fair will also feature additional health screenings and information with a wide range of health care agencies and support groups.
