Martial Arts will be joining forces with CMA of
Swadlincote for an adult’s seminar in February 2012:
Open to members and non members.
Overview – The workshop to be led by Master Ryan and
Master Sabri and will cover 1-5 advanced kick boxing
pad drills, advanced throws and take downs, ju jitsu
floor work.
Use of fully matted venue, with crash mats for
throwdowns.
Fantastic opportunity to train with other martial
artists to improve technique, confidence and
accelerate your progression.
