The ‘Get Healthy – Stay
Healthy’ Health Expo, a kickoff to the City’s Healthy
Richmond Campaign, promises to provide a unique
opportunity for metro Richmond to experience
preventative health, delight in healthy nutrition,
immerse in an active lifestyle and cutting-edge
wellness and access a multitude of health and wellness
experts. |

This free to the public
event is expected to draw several thousand attendees who
are interested in preventative health. They will receive
free health tests and screenings, valuable medical and
health information, healthy cooking demonstrations,
participate in a variety of interactive sports activities
that are fun for the whole family, participate in
cutting-edge wellness workshops with acupuncture, massages
and tai-chi classes, informative workshops in
sustainability in homes and the workplace, community
gardens, and many more activities that are designed to
engage, entertain and enhance their overall well-being.
