Nadia Comaneci International Invitational
The Nadia Comaneci International Invitational - international elite gymnasts from the US and several foreign countries including Romania, Ukraine, Australia, Israel, Canada, Mexico will compete in this special session of competition at the Cox Arena and Convention Center, hosted by the Bart Conner Gymnastics Academy, which will be recorded for television.

The Festival will have Health and Fitness related booths offering information on nutrition, health care, exercise, sports and more

OKC RIVERSPORT Activities

OKC RIVERSPORT Indoor Kayak & Rowing Challenge
Experience the excitement of rowing and kayaking on the Oklahoma River! See the top kayakers in the nation competing during the OKC RIVERSPORT Indoor Kayak Championships at the Cox Convention Center, with top Corporate Rowing League teams racing in the winter Indoor Rowing Championship. Try it yourself when you hop on an indoor rowing or kayak machine, or check out our CompuTrainers, the state of the art in indoor cycling.

OKC RIVERSPORT Runderground
Fun-run in the Oklahoma City Underground. Race starts on the concourse level of Santa Fe garage and ends at the Cox Convention Center garage. Participants would do three laps of the course through the Underground, which equals 3.2 miles, or 5K.

Let’s Move – Jump Up program
Four-week fitness program for kids. Get your kids moving this winter with fun, easy activities. Download the free activities from our web site, then join us at the Health Expo to jump and leap in our "Jump Up" fitness area for fun and prizes.

University Of Central Oklahoma Wellness Activities

IPC (International Paralympic Committee) Powerlifting Nationals
Athletes will bench press three lifts and attempt to lift their personal best and most importantly break American records. With these scores athletes hope to rank in the top 20 in the World.

National Archery Association Indoor Oklahoma State Championship
Archers will be shooting a two day indoor STAR FITA at the Cox Convention Center in Oklahoma City. Participants will be competing for the title of State Champion and awards will be given. The Junior Olympic Archery Development (JOAD) division will also be shooting on Saturday. Registration is required to compete in the event and is open to archers of all ages.

Sport Experiences
UCO will be offering two opportunities to the public to get a hands-on opportunity to experience the sports of archery and sitting volleyball. Test your skills shooting an archery bow and see if you can hit the target. Then, take a seat on the floor to participate in the fast-paced Paralympic sport of sitting volleyball. Paralympic athletes and coaches in both sports will be conducting the clinics, including Team USA’s Women’s Sitting Volleyball silver medalists from the 2008 Beijing Paralympics.

Oklahoma City Thunder Fit and Rumble Mini-dribbler program - February 11, 2012

Thunder Basketball “Mini-Clinic” is open to kids ages 5 – 15. It will focus on various basketball skills and shooting drills.

Bart Conner Gymnastics Academy basic gymnastics clinic for children

Children will be taught various gymnastics skills including tumbling, vaulting, balance beam and parallel bars. Equipment will be set up at the Cox Convention Center in Oklahoma during the Bart and Nadia Sports and Health Festival.
